Woody Mountain Wheat - 2-Gallon Kit
An American Wheat, Woody Mountain Wheat is hopped more aggressively than its German cousins and is fermented with yeast that produces a cleaner flavored beer, without the banana and clove flavors characteristic of a German Hefeweizen. This kit makes a light and refreshing beer with pleasant Cascade hop flavor and aroma. No need for specialty grains in this kit.

To make it, you'll need an 8-quart or larger pot, the equipment included in our 2-Gallon Beer Making Starter Kit and a case of empty beer bottles (rinsed and sanitized empties from your favorite brewery work great!). A good kitchen scale helps too.
