Things You'll Need to Brew One of our 2-Gallon Kits

You'll need some stuff to make one of our 2-Gallon Beer Ingredient Kits that's not included in a Starter Kit. Most of it you probably already have. Here's a list:

• 3 Gallons of drinking water. Tap or filtered is okay if it tastes good and doesn't have any chlorine.
• 8-quart or larger brew pot with lid
• Kitchen scale
• Sanitizer (unscented bleach at 1-2 tsp/gallon of water or StarSan)
• Ice
• About 21 12-ounce beer bottles (have a few more on hand just in case your yield was a bit off)
