More hop flavor and bitterness is what distinguishes the this American Brown from Northern and Southern English Browns. This beer's noticeable bitterness and floral, citrus flavor and aroma come from the addition of Centennial hops.
Our convenient 2-Gallon Ingredient kits allow you to make great home brewed beer without taking over your house and kitchen with large brewing equipment. This kit makes almost a case of beer. To make it, you'll need an 8-quart or larger pot, the equipment included in our 2-Gallon Beer Making Starter Kit and a case of empty beer bottles (rinsed and sanitized empties from your favorite brewery work great!). A good kitchen scale helps too.
