Adding Dry Malt Extract

I think Dry Malt Extract produces better kit beers because it is not harmed by storage at higher temperatures and because it doesn't darken as it ages. I hope this video will let you know what to expect when you brew with it. Here are two main things to remember:

• Use the back of your spoon to break up clumps against the side of your brew pot
• Watch your brew pot carefully as it comes to a boil and be ready to adjust the heat on your stove to prevent a boil over
