Canyon Diablo Imperial Stout - 2-Gallon Kit
This is a really big beer and will benefit greatly from aging. Thick, rich, bold and alcoholic, this is an intense beer made with generous amounts of malt extract, black roasted barley, chocolate and caramel malts.
Our convenient 2-Gallon Ingredient kits allow you to make great home brewed beer without taking over your house and kitchen with large brewing equipment. This kit makes almost a case of beer. To make it, you'll need an 8-quart or larger pot, the equipment included in our 2-Gallon Beer Making Starter Kit and a case of empty beer bottles (rinsed and sanitized empties from your favorite brewery work great!). A good kitchen scale helps too.
