McMillan's Scottish Export - 2-Gallon Kit
Hops don't grow well in Scotland's northern latitudes, so their beer styles tend to emphasize malt. This kit makes a very malty, medium bodied ale with low hop flavor and bitterness. The amber color and caramel flavors come from a blend of crystal and chocolate malts.
Our convenient 2-Gallon Ingredient kits allow you to make great home brewed beer without taking over your house and kitchen with large brewing equipment. This kit makes almost a case of beer. To make it, you'll need an 8-quart or larger pot, the equipment included in our 2-Gallon Beer Making Starter Kit and a case of empty beer bottles (rinsed and sanitized empties from your favorite brewery work great!). A good kitchen scale helps too.
