The perfect beer for a hot sunny day, or come to think of it just about any other time of the year too. A classic and simple ale, made with a blend of wheat and barley malt extract and Munich ale yeast to provide its distinctive banana and clove flavors. No need for specialty grains in this kit.
Our convenient 2-Gallon Ingredient kits allow you to make great home brewed beer without taking over your house and kitchen with large brewing equipment. This kit makes almost a case of beer. To make it, you'll need an 8-quart or larger pot, the equipment included in our 2-Gallon Beer Making Starter Kit and a case of empty beer bottles (rinsed and sanitized empties from your favorite brewery work great!). A good kitchen scale helps too.
